Post Office Dramatic Play

 

We have been learning about the Post Office as part of our On the Town unit. Last week the 1D kids had the chance to run a mini-post office. Students took turns writing letters and working in the post office. We have also been learning about the parts of a letter: date, greeting, body, closing, and signature. One day we even sang a silly song ~ Date, Greeting, Body, Closing, Signature ~ to the tune of Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes!
