Today we read Night Tree by Eve Bunting. We made a glog about the book.
Night Tree glog
Tomorrow we will make treats for the animals in the woods near Columbus Academy. We will make pinecones rolled in soy butter and birdseed, pretzels dipped in honey and seeds, popcorn on a string, cheerios on a string, and bread shapes cut out with cookie cutters. On Monday morning our third grade buddies will join us as we go into the woods to scatter our animal treats.
