Marmon Valley Farm

Marmon Valley was the perfect setting for our field trip. The first graders had the opportunity to experience many aspects of pioneer life first hand. The students dipped candles, learned about kitchen tools from the 1800's, made candle holders, and tried some pioneer era tools. It was wet and muddy, but FUN!
