Mrs. Yakscoe shared her family's winter tradition: An Indoor Snowball Fight! She explained that she loves to have a white Christmas, but we do not always get that here in Ohio. So....her family makes their own snowy holiday with a MARSHMALLOW (mini-snowball!) fight. The 1D students loved trying out Mrs. Yakscoe's tradition inside the classroom. We even invited Mr. Vorenberg to come to our classroom for a special surprise. When he arrived, he was bombarded with marshmallows. Mr. V. was a great sport and he laughed about our indoor snowball toss. After cleaning up the marshmallows, we each got to enjoy one fresh, tasty marshmallow from the package.
