On Friday we had the opportunity to skype with Mrs. Teri Gragg's class at Brigantine School in Brigantine, New Jersey. The 1D kids each wrote questions in preparation for our conversation with the Brigantine students. We learned that the Brigantine kids are ages 5 -12. We also discovered that Brigantine, New Jersey is surrounded by water. Their school mascot is the Buccaneer, because it is said that Black Beard the pirate spent some time in Brigantine. We noticed that Brigantine students do not wear uniforms and we know that the weather in New Jersey on Friday was similar to the weather in Columbus. The Brigantine students wish they had a pool in their school like the CA students do!
